Moamen El Magedy, PCC
Moamen El Magedy is one of the pioneers who established Training and Coaching as a full-time professional career in the region. After a successful career in multinational engineering companies, he made a bold career transition in 2011 to dedicate himself fully to Training and Coaching.
He worked as a full-time Life Coach for two years before joining BlackBerry in 2013 as a Training Manager. In 2014, he founded Mentarcise, an organization dedicated to empowerment, personal growth, and professional development. Since then, he has helped transform thousands of lives and has graduated more than 600 Trainers and Coaches with a proven track record of exceptional results.
Based between Egypt and Germany, Moamen is recognized as an empowerment thinker and strategist. He combines extensive hands-on experience with years of academic study and practical expertise in Coaching, Behavioral Change, and Experiential Learning. Known for his authentic and impactful approach, he is a true practitioner who consistently embodies the principles he teaches.
