1- Letting go
we all carry baggage from our past. Too often, we put more attention on making sure we hold on to those painful old hurts instead of embracing the love, joy, and blessings of the present. 

Releasing the past frees us to be fully present and able to open up and receive all the blessings available to us right now and abundance from the universe.

Most of us had times of difficulty, we often try to forget those painful times or avoid instead of facing this little wounded child deep and start listening to him, but just because we may have ignored the child doesn’t mean he isn’t there. The wounded child is always there, trying to get our attention.

We keep stuffing our emotions and memories deep down in our subconscious as We want to end our suffering by sending the child to a deep place inside, and staying as far away as possible….Yet running away doesn’t end our suffering; it only prolongs it.

When we free ourselves from the pain we begin to gain access to our wisdom, intuition and our inner ways of knowing, When we listen to our own needs, we are listening to the inner child, When we ignore those gut feelings in our bodies that are sending us the message that something is wrong we are ignoring the inner child.

Some experts believe that mindfulness works, in part, by helping people to accept their experiences—including painful emotions—rather than react to them with aversion and avoidance
